Dusty Hill of ZZ Top
He speaks of the amendment saying that the right to bear arms is for peoples self defense from others. However, I feel that this amendment gives us the right to keep a gun at hand incase of needing to defend ouselves as a militia against our fellow states or own government. maybe that's my own naive opinion.
